BuilderGrid

For clients

Your build, in one clear view.

The client side of BuilderGrid is a homeowner portal that runs on the same data your builder uses every day. Approvals, selections, the punch list, and the bits of the budget your builder shares all live in one place.

What the portal gives you

See your build, the way the builder wants you to see it

A mobile-friendly portal showing the schedule, milestones, photo updates, and the parts of the budget your builder has chosen to share with you. Scoped to what they want visible, no surprises.

Approve selections without the back-and-forth

Pick finishes from options the builder has set up, with allowance visibility and overage warnings before you commit. Decisions are recorded against the project so nothing gets lost.

Change orders with a real signature

Review change order requests with the cost and schedule impact spelled out. Approve or reject with e-signature. The decision is dated, signed, and tied to the project record.

A punch list that both sides can see

Add items as you walk the build, with photos and a pin on the floorplan. The builder sees what you saw, where you saw it, and marks the resolution when it is done.

Photo updates and a weekly digest

See the build progress as it happens, plus a weekly summary so you do not have to ask. Message the builder directly when you have a question.

Multiple builds in one account

If you have more than one project with the same builder or across builders, every project lives under a single client account with the right access on each.

No cost to you

The client portal is included in the builder’s BuilderGrid subscription. There is no separate fee for homeowners, no app to install, and no account to create until the builder invites you.

Building with someone on BuilderGrid?

Your builder can invite you to the portal whenever you are ready. If they are not on BuilderGrid yet, send them this page.
