Accessibility
Accessible by design, and maintained that way.
Construction software is used in trucks, on phones, in low light, and by people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as a continuous commitment and will publish our release audits for accessibility regularly.
Our commitment
BuilderGrid is designed and maintained to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the application and this marketing site. Compliance is an ongoing responsibility, and accessibility considerations are part of how we design, build, review, and release every change.
Working with customers on assistive technology
If your team includes people who rely on screen readers, screen magnifiers, alternative input devices, or other assistive technology, we want to hear about it during onboarding so the configuration matches how your team actually works. We will work with you on accommodations within the application and on training that covers the workflows your team relies on.
Procurement support
For organizations with formal accessibility requirements, including federal, state, and education buyers, we can provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT) and answer accessibility questionnaires as part of procurement. Reach out and we will put the right document in front of you.
How to report a problem
If something on this site or in the application does not work for you, email [email protected] with the page or screen, the assistive technology you are using, and a brief description of what went wrong. We acknowledge within one business day and follow up with a fix or a workaround.
