Draw management
Draws that ship in an afternoon.
BuilderGrid generates the draw package, the cover letter, and the conditional waivers from the same underlying data. Each piece is e-signed and out the door before the lender closes for the day.
What it covers
AIA-style draw schedules
Line items align to G702 and G703 conventions. Stored values, work completed this period, and percentage complete are all calculated by the system rather than retyped each draw.
Lender-ready PDF packages
The cover letter, schedule, supporting invoices, photos, and waivers are bundled into a single PDF the lender can sign without bouncing it back for corrections.
E-signature for waivers and approvals
Conditional waivers are generated from the draw, e-signed by the vendor, and attached to the package automatically.
Validation before submit
A rule engine and an LLM cross-check catch duplicate lines, missing waivers, and quantity anomalies before the lender sees them.
How it fits the workflow
- Step 1
Open a new draw against the project budget
- Step 2
Mark line items as work in place and attach invoices
- Step 3
Validation engine reviews; you fix or accept warnings
- Step 4
Vendors e-sign conditional waivers from a single link
- Step 5
Submit the bundled package to the lender and receive the wire
