Field operations

The field is where the project gets recorded.

Daily logs get filed at 7am from the truck, punch list items are photographed and assigned on the spot, and inspections are scheduled from the same screen the inspector sees. The field surfaces are built for phones and continue to work offline when service is poor.

What it covers

Daily logs with weather pre-filled

Each log captures site, crew, hours, narrative, and photos. Weather is pulled from the project location automatically and remains editable before submit.

Punch list that closes itself

Each item carries a photo, location pin, assignee, due date, and status. An owner walkthrough produces a finished punch list rather than a clipboard to transcribe later.

Inspections, scheduled and recorded

The team schedules the inspector, records the result, and attaches the report on one screen. The full inspection history lives in the project record from rough to certificate of occupancy.

Selections and allowances

Owner selections are tracked against the allowance budget. Overruns are flagged in the budget the moment they are entered.
