For lenders
Cleaner draws. Better deal flow. No platform fees.
BuilderGrid is the lender-side of the same platform residential builders use to run their portfolios. The result is standardized draw packages, a portfolio view across funded projects, and a marketplace for new construction loans.
What the platform does for you
Standardized draw packages
Every draw arrives as a single PDF with G702/G703, lien waivers, inspection sign-offs, validation history, and supporting documents. The same shape on every project, every time.
Inspection-gated draws
Required inspections must pass before a draw can be submitted. The lender sees the validated inspection history attached to the package, not a separate email chain.
Portfolio dashboard across funded projects
A single view of every borrower project funded by you. Budget health, draw queue status, real-time LTC ratios, and red-flag alerts surfaced where they matter.
Cross-project draw queue
Review pending draws across the portfolio in one pane. Approve, reject, or comment without bouncing between PDFs and inboxes.
Deal flow from BuilderGrid builders
Receive matched loan opportunities from builders running on the platform. Compose and track loan offers, manage counter-proposals, and set deal-alert criteria by geography, loan size, builder experience, and loan type.
Builder track records
Every builder on BuilderGrid carries an objective, platform-verified history of completed projects, draw discipline, and client feedback. You see the work, not just the pitch deck.
How the economics work
No platform fees
Access to BuilderGrid for lenders is free. We do not charge a subscription, per-loan platform fee, or implementation cost.
Sourcing fee per loan
A small sourcing fee (0.25% of loan value) applies to loans transacted through the platform. Whether the lender or the builder pays it is negotiated per loan.
No exclusivity
Builders bring deals to whichever lenders they want, including yours. We are infrastructure, not a referral lock-in.
Full pricing is on the Pricing page.
