Plumbing, Missing Vent Stack Fitting
Blue Ridge Plumbing is missing a 3" PVC vent stack fitting for the master bath. Will need to order, estimated 1-day delay to rough-in completion if not sourced locally.
Valley Insulation completed exterior walls in master bedroom and living room. Will return tomorrow to finish remaining bays and attic floor. No issues.
Work Performed
Blue Ridge Plumbing
Completed rough-in plumbing for master bath and hall bath. Set water supply lines (PEX) for both bathrooms and kitchen. Installed drain, waste, and vent (DWV) stack through first floor. Still need vent stack fitting for master bath, see issues.
Mountain HVAC Services
Installed main supply and return trunk lines in crawl space. Completed air handler platform in utility closet. Began flex duct runs to master bedroom and living room. Approximately 80% complete.
Valley Insulation Inc.
Installed R-15 fiberglass batts in exterior wall cavities, master bedroom (complete), living room (complete). Will return Apr 24 for remaining bedrooms, utility room, and attic floor.
