Framing crew started the first-floor walls this morning. We hit the dimensions exactly per the latest A-201 revision. Two of the headers came in pre-cut, so we're already a few hours ahead. Photos below.

Foundation inspection passed this afternoon. Loudon County inspector verified the stem walls, perimeter drain, and waterproofing. Cleared to backfill Monday and start framing right after.

Siding sample board is pinned to the north wall of the build, three Hardie colors. Take a look when you're next on site, samples to your inbox tomorrow if you can't make it out. Reminder, decision needed by Friday May 22.
