How draws work
A draw is the chunk of money your lender releases to Stratford Custom Homes when a build phase is complete. Marcus submits photos and an invoice, the bank sends an inspector, and once verified the funds move directly to the builder.
You don't pay anything out of pocket for draws. The bank holds your construction loan and releases funds against work completed. The ledger above is your read-only view of every draw against the build.
