Replace the standard primary bath shower with a curbless, fully tiled walk-in shower with linear drain.
You requested this change after seeing the primary bath layout on May 9. Marcus walked through the plumbing rough-in implications with the framer on Monday. The work fits inside the existing wet wall, so no structural changes are needed.
Materials change: linear drain assembly, additional Schluter waterproofing, larger tile field (24 SF). Labor change: roughly one extra day for the tile crew.

- Standard 36" x 60" alcove shower
- Acrylic surround
- Center drain, 2" curb
- Single-handle pressure-balance valve
New scope
- Curbless walk-in, 42" x 66"
- Full-height tile field, Schluter membrane
- Linear drain at back wall, sloped substrate
- Thermostatic valve, hand-shower on slider
