SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT · SC-2026-118

This subcontract is entered into between Stratford Custom Homes ("Builder") and Volunteer Concrete ("Contractor") for the work described below at 926 Stratford Ave, Sweetwater, TN 37874.

Scope. Foundation pour including excavation, vapor barrier, rebar, concrete, footings, labor, and broom-finish seal, per the awarded bid dated May 14, 2026.

Price. $34,200 lump sum. Net 15 on completion. 5% retainage held until inspection sign-off.

Schedule. Start June 12, 2026. Substantial completion June 19, 2026.

Warranty. Two year workmanship warranty on labor.
