Upon receipt by the undersigned of a check from Stratford Custom Homes in the sum of $6,200, and once the check has been honored by the bank, the undersigned releases and waives any mechanics lien, stop notice, or bond right held against the property described above for labor and materials furnished through the date stated.

This release covers a progress payment for plumbing rough-in work on draw 3, and does not cover any retentions retained before or after the release date, any contract rights, or any items furnished after the release date.
