The locked Investor shell is the persona surface for accredited investors browsing equity opportunities in the Capital Marketplace. Routes under /investor/* render inside this shell. Investors browse listings, save them, configure deal alerts, and contact builders to fund deals off-platform. BuilderGrid is the connector, not the broker. There is no escrow, wallet, or fund flow inside the platform.

Accredited self-attestation gates the shell. The user must check the box at signup and re-attest annually. Documents are not verified. Investor identity is visible to builders during inquiry vetting (33.28.30). Distinct from the Lender shell (which handles debt), this one is equity only.
