Identity & domains
Bind a corporate identity provider and claim the tenant's email domain. You can defer SSO to the org admin after provisioning, but doing it now means everyone signs in on day one.
SAML 2.0
Bind their corporate IdP now (Entra, Okta, etc.). Strongest control.
OAuth direct
Microsoft + Google buttons on the sign-in page. Quickest.
Defer to admin
Provision with email + password. They configure SSO themselves later.
SAML 2.0 with Microsoft Entra ID
Maple Trail's IT team will paste these BuilderGrid SP values into their Entra app. Operator pre-flight: copy the values now and paste them into the shared Bitwarden vault item before sending the welcome email.
Pending DNS TXT
A second domain (e.g. maple-trail.dev) can be added by the admin once their first user signs in. JIT provisioning will only create users whose verified email lives on a claimed domain.
Require SSO for everyone
Disables password sign-in once SAML is verified. Recommended for Builder Scale.
Just-in-time user provisioning
Create the BuilderGrid user automatically when the IdP asserts a new verified email on a claimed domain.
SCIM directory sync
Push group membership and deactivations from Entra. Requires Scale plan, included here.
